Looper rant
Oct. 1st, 2012 06:45 pmI went and saw Looper with Fahye this afternoon, and OH GOD it was one of those films that makes you fall in love with the characters and then goes 'AHAHAHAHA now I shall make them suffer and you can't help but watch it!' Like the all the series of Spooks >.>
It was clever and not too complicated (not like Inception) and I loved the fact that whenever someone tried to talk about time travel the other person just said 'shut up! It's too messy!' XD They should put that in Doctor Who sometime . . . maybe one of the companions could say it and cut off the Doctor's lengthy explanation (wibbly wobbly, anyone?)
But the ending was depressing, so that made me sad :( I must be spoilt by all the feel-good-endings I've seen in most movies recently!
Joseph Gorden-Levitt needs to do another film in which he is badass, this time looking like himself *nods* I shall await this eagerly.
